1. Who we are
Clipentra is operated by OMNIAMUS S.R.L., Ploiești, Romania ("Clipentra", "we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact us at contact@omniamus.com.
2. Information you provide
- Account information, including your name, email address, encrypted password credentials and session information.
- Source videos you choose to upload, project names and editing preferences.
- Generated clips, thumbnails, transcripts, suggested titles, hooks, captions, social copy and project settings.
- Messages you send to support and feedback you choose to provide.
3. Purchase, device and service information
We process subscription product, purchase-token and entitlement information returned by Google Play or another applicable app store. We do not receive your complete payment-card details. We may also process limited device, app-version, timestamp, usage, diagnostic and security information needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, enforce plan limits and investigate failures. Clipentra does not use advertising SDKs and does not sell personal data.
4. How we use information
- Create and secure your account and synchronize private projects.
- Upload, transcribe, analyze and privately store videos you choose.
- Suggest potential highlights, titles, hooks, captions and social copy.
- Render, download and share clips only when you request those actions.
- Verify subscriptions, apply usage limits and provide customer support.
- Prevent abuse, protect the service, diagnose problems and comply with legal obligations.
5. AI and automated processing
Transcripts and limited relevant project context may be processed by Google Gemini to identify possible highlights and generate editorial suggestions. Automated suggestions can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. You choose which suggestions to edit, render, download or share. Do not upload material you do not have permission to process or unnecessary highly sensitive information.
6. Service providers and sharing
We share information only as needed with contracted providers that help operate Clipentra, including Railway for application and processing services, Neon for database services, Cloudflare R2 for private object storage, Google for AI processing, Resend for transactional email, Expo for application delivery and updates, and Google Play for Android subscriptions. Providers process information under their own contractual and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Retention and deletion
Source videos and generated files are retained according to your plan or until you delete the relevant project or account. You can permanently delete your account from Settings in Clipentra. Account deletion removes your profile, sessions, projects, source videos, transcripts, suggestions, rendered clips, thumbnails, usage records and private stored files, subject only to limited legal, security and backup-retention requirements. Encrypted backups may remain temporarily until their scheduled expiry.
9. Security
We use encrypted transport, private object storage, time-limited file links, access controls and modern password hashing. No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and upload only content you are authorized to process.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Use the controls in Clipentra, visit the Delete Account page or email contact@omniamus.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
11. Children
Clipentra is a creator productivity service and is not directed to children under 13. Users must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Changes and contact
