Does Clipentra join unrelated moments together?
No. Clip suggestions currently use a continuous segment of the source video. Clipentra is not a full multi-track timeline editor.
Are captions required?
No. Burned-in captions are optional. When enabled, you can choose a caption style before rendering.
Why is my upload or render taking time?
Large videos require upload, transcription, analysis and rendering. Processing time depends on duration, file size, network speed and current service demand.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Open Google Play, choose Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Removing Clipentra or deleting your Clipentra account does not cancel store billing.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in Clipentra, choose Delete account permanently, enter your password and confirm. You can also follow the web instructions below.
