1. Agreement
These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and OMNIAMUS S.R.L., Ploiești, Romania ("HairProof", "we", "us"). By installing or using HairProof you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What HairProof is
HairProof is a wellness tracking tool that helps you photograph your scalp consistently and view AI-generated density estimates over time. It is designed for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Not medical advice
HairProof does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Density scores, observations and summaries are automated estimates that can be wrong, and they are not a substitute for examination by a qualified professional. Never start, stop or change a treatment based solely on the app. If you have concerns about hair loss or experience side effects from any treatment, consult a doctor.
4. Subscriptions
- HairProof Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Manage or cancel the subscription in your store account; deleting the app or your data does not cancel billing.
- Prices may change; changes apply at the next renewal after reasonable notice.
- Refunds are handled under the store's applicable policies.
5. Your content
Your photos remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process and store them solely to provide the service — generating your analysis, storing your history, and operating the app. We do not use your photos for advertising and we do not sell them.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not use the app where prohibited by law or in violation of store terms.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features or the entire service. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes, and where required by law you may be entitled to a pro-rated refund handled through the relevant store.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You can stop using HairProof at any time and erase your server-side data with "Delete my data" in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Romania unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
